The Facility Fee covers a whole lot of items, including: 

 

  • Overnight accommodations for up to 500 people (all accommodations are fully renovated with central AC and heat).

          i) Private Accommodations: 39 private rooms, including five bedroom, beautiful lake house.

          ii) 37 cabins (all buildings on camp have central AC and heat, granite in bathrooms). 

  •  Reception setup: high end wedding chairs, tables, glassware, plates, silverware, and lighting.
  •  Custom Stone built amphitheater for the Ceremony. 
  •  Weekend Event Planners
  •  Eight tennis/pickleball courts, three basketball courts, two soccer/football fields, two volleyball courts, State-of-the Art Indoor Fitness Center. 
  •  Free Wifi in various areas
  •  Reception Wedding tasting for free up to four people.

The deposit is a flat rate based on your event size and booking date. For weddings, we offer room blocks for your guests that will allow you to make the weekend a whole lot more affordable for you!

No, we do not hold dates without a deposit and signed contract.

Final payment is due two weeks to a month before the event.

These savings will also help keep you within your wedding budget, and spend in different areas that are important to you.

We require our catering services to be used throughout the weekend to ensure the utmost food quality. Our camp is 100% family owned and operated with 25+ years of food and beverage experience. We know you will love our food!  We welcome you to bring outside desserts for the reception.

Yes! You can customize just about anything when you host an event at Camp Lindenmere. We are happy to provide sample menus which can be curated to provide the perfect tastes for you and your guests!

Yes! We work with you and our catering team to organize a tasting date a few months in advance of your big event.

We offer an open bar and tab bar packages throughout the weekend that are customizable to your preferences. We are able to accommodate all beer, wine, and liquor brand favorites.

You have the option! We offer alcohol packages and a tab bar. Both options have their benefits, depending on your event type and the guests attending. Our event team is ready to discuss the pros and cons of each option.

Due to liquor licenses, we do not allow outside beverages on our grounds.

All accommodations are fully renovated and have central air conditioning and heat. Our accommodations also have fully updated bathrooms with granite countertops. We have 27 private rooms and 29 cabins, including a beautiful, five bedroom Lake House that usually will host the wedding party.

We aren’t your average venue, we live for camp and creating great events! You and your guests will be able to enjoy our awesome amenities, including: a lake, pool, ropes course, flying trapeze, indoor fitness center, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, sports fields, yard games, karaoke with friends, and so much more! Our team is also happy to organize group events, so you can can get the camp spirit.

Yes, we require all events to purchase a liability insurace policy. It is a simple process and we are happy to assist you along the way.

We have 29 fully renovated bunks. The bunks sleep 11-13 comfortably. However, weddings usually elect to sleep 4-6 guests per bunk.

Yes, we have rooms available for guests with reduced mobility. Please be sure to specify all of your required special accommodations to our events team. We also offer a "Camp Uber" for anyone who needs a ride around our property.

Our expansive food and beverage offerings should be able to accommodate most dietary needs and requests, but be sure to ask our Event Team for any specific requests or allergy concerns.

Smoking will only be permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas around camp.

Yes, we offer wifi around our grounds.

Each Camp Lindenmere event is different and we work with your florist, DJ/band, and officiant to ensure planning, set up and cleanup are all taken care of with you in mind. We will make sure everything is perfect from the start of the event through the end of the weekend!
