Our 2023 facility rental fee is $17,000. The facility fee includes so many great offereings, including:

  • 33 bunks with central air/heat + 25 private rooms

  • Custom Stone built amphitheater for Ceremony
  • 8 tennis/pickleball courts, three basketball courts, two soccer/football fields, and two volleyball courts

We ask for 25% of your total expected bill at the time of booking.

No, we do not hold dates without a deposit and signed contract.

Final payment is due two weeks to a month before the event.

All accommodations are fully renovated and have central air conditioning and heat. Our accommodations also have fully updated bathrooms with granite countertops. We have 25 private rooms and 33 cabins, and a beautiful rennovated Lake House that can host whole families or a group of friends

We will offer you all of the traditional camp activities that you would expect, but also bring in some of our unique programs like Flying Trapeze, State-Of-The-Art Ropes Course, arts & crafts, yard games, color war, karaoke with friends, and so much more!

Yes, we require all events to purchase a liability insurace policy. It is a simple process and we are happy to assist you along the way.

We have 33 beautifully upgraded bunks. They sleep 11-13 comfortably, however, can sleep up to 16 guests.

Yes, we have rooms available for guests with reduced mobility. Please be sure to specify all of your required special accommodations to our events team. We also offer a "Camp Uber" for anyone who needs a ride around our property.

Our expansive food and beverage offerings should be able to accommodate most dietary needs and requests, but be sure to ask our Event Team for any specific requests or allergy concerns.

Each Camp Lindenmere event is different and we work with your florist, DJ/band, and officiant to ensure planning, set up and cleanup are all taken care of with you in mind. We will make sure everything is perfect from the start of the event through the end of the weekend!
